If you cancel your computer game order within 7 days of purchase and the game has not been opened or downloaded, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 3 to 6 days after purchase are eligible for a 50% refund, provided the game remains unopened or unused.

Cancellations made more than 6 days after purchase or if the game has been opened, activated, or downloaded are non-refundable.

Digital Downloads

Digital game purchases are non-refundable once the download or activation code has been used, unless there is a technical issue preventing the game from functioning properly.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us within 5 days of purchase for assistance or potential resolution.

Defective or Damaged Physical Games

If you receive a defective or damaged physical copy of a computer game, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the game. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.

Pre-Order Refunds

Pre-ordered computer games are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the official release date.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the release date are non-refundable, but store credit or exchanges may be offered in certain situations.
